Upon arrival I noticed it had leaked and was stuck to the packaging with contents of the vape. After cleaning it off and clearing some clogs I've enjoyed the sleepy afternoon buzz.

Very happy, taste great and the disposable pen works wonderfully.

The pen is good but there are a couple issues that I had. One,the oil itself is really good & I really liked the packaging, however the oil had leaked out into the box a little bit before I ever opened it causing it to be really sticky. Two, it is not easy to hit, meaning I have to drag on it a couple times before I can ever get a hit out of it. Those are the two main issues I had with the pen,but I think it can be a really great product if those couple quirks were able to be fixed.

I’ll start this by saying I have purchased a ton of products from Destino and have loved them all. Unfortunately, this pen either came defective or the design is bad. I opened the package to some oil staining the inner part of the box and the pen being slightly sticky on one side. I tossed it to the side and decided to forgive that and just try the pen. When it works, the oil is great and it hits like a dream. The problem is getting this to properly pull. Also, there is a crack running down the side of the pen and it seems to be getting bigger.

Edit: customer service reached out and really helped out and sent me a replacement. As a personal opinion, after trying this new pen, I can stay firm in that I am not a fan of the design of these pens. The oil is great, but the design leaves something to be desired. Again, this is a personal opinion and customer service was fast and great!

I have purchased 4 of the 3.5g runtz vapes. The first one worked wonderfully and lasted till it ran out of fluid. The second one lasted a week and then wouldn't pull anymore, with plenty of fluid left. I ordered another two thinking that I just got a dud. The next batch the first one lasts a week then dies. The second doesn't even pull once, just DOA. I switched to a different brand sold locally where i can verify it works before I waste my money.

Update: customer service reached out after I posted my review and asked to replace the defective vapes. They replaced them quickly and without fuss and I appreciate that so I am raising my review of them to 4 stars.
